Every other AI sends your words to someone else's computer. This one doesn't.

PHNTM One is a small Linux computer with a real AI assistant built in. It remembers what matters to you, watches over itself, speaks to you, and answers from your desk — not a data center. The model runs on the device. Your conversations stay on the device. That's the whole idea, and everything else follows from it.

The assistant runs entirely on the device. Your questions, your memories, your data — none of it is transmitted anywhere. Not to us, not to anyone. Verify it yourself: it has no reason to phone home, and it doesn't.

A physical computer you buy once — no subscription to keep it running, no cloud account to lock you out. Advanced users get full shell access; everyone else never needs it.

It tells you the truth

A local model is capable, not magic — and the device is candid about it. It always shows which brain answered and how it's running. No hidden state, no dark patterns.

The vision
PHNTM exists to give people ownership of their intelligence.

We see a future where advanced AI doesn't have to live inside a distant data center, depend on a monthly subscription, or ask you to surrender control of your personal information. Intelligent systems should be able to run locally, learn alongside their owners, protect their privacy, and become more useful over time.

PHNTM is being built as a persistent, autonomous intelligence platform — combining local AI, memory, RAG, perception, automation, self-maintenance, and eventually robotics into one evolving system.

The goal is not to build another chatbot.
